Flat rate delivery fee applicable to all orders across the Republic of Cyprus.

Return Policy (14-Day EU Law)
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Law in Cyprus and the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Conditions for Returns
- The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you acquire physical possession of the goods.
- Items must be returned in their original, resalable condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Personalized items, unsealed software, and unwrapped consumable items cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds Process
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We will process the refund without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Ship Back
Send it back. Return shipping is paid by customer unless defective.
Defective or Damaged Goods
We carefully select our stock to ensure you receive reliable, long-lasting supplies. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, EU law protects you with a minimum 2-year legal guarantee against faulty goods.
- Upon Arrival: If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return shipping costs) for defective items at no extra cost to you.
