14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU & Cyprus Law)
In full compliance with the Cyprus Consumer Rights Law (Law 133(I)/2013), which implements the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, Legio Office Supplies Cyprus guarantees consumers a 14-day cooling-off period.
This means individual consumers have the legal right to cancel an order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving physical delivery, without needing to provide any reason. To exercise this right, simply notify us before the 14-day period expires.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure that the items meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, in its original state, and in a resalable condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, or tags.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your Order Number or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specific nature of our catalog (office supplies, stationery, and business accessories), certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective. These include:
- Consumables: Opened printer ink cartridges, toner, opened paper reams, or unsealed pens/markers.
- Custom Goods: Personalized items such as custom-engraved nameplates or custom self-inking stamps.
- Software & Tech: Unsealed computer software, CDs, DVDs, or activated electronic office equipment.
- Clearance: Items explicitly marked as final sale or clearance.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Returning an item to us is straightforward. Follow these steps:

Pack Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Us
Send the package to our Cyprus store address via your preferred local courier.
Refunds Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
- Payment Method: The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Revolut, or adjusted on your B2B Pay Later balance).
- Delivery Costs: We will also reimburse standard delivery costs paid at the time of purchase. However, supplementary costs arising if you chose a faster/premium delivery method will not be refunded.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item (such as office accessories, tech, or stationery) that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, you are fully protected by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee under the Cyprus Sale of Consumer Goods Law.
- Please notify us immediately (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) and provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- We will take full responsibility. Legio will arrange and cover the cost of the return shipping.
- You will be offered the choice of a free replacement, a repair (if applicable), or a full refund.
