Returns & Refunds

In accordance with EU and Cyprus Consumer Rights Law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your physical goods, provided the items are unused and in original packaging.

• The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
